Dates: January 19-26, 2013

Accommodations: Frenchman's Cove

Retreat Details:

Frenchman's Cove was developed in the 1960s as an all-inclusive, secluded resort patronized by the very rich and famous.  It is situated on 45 acres of land with a coast-line reaching 30 to 50 feet above the sea. There is a spectacular breach in the rock wall forming a secluded white sand beach. Within the lush, tropical gounds you will even find a river! Damaged by Hurricane Gilbert in the 1980s, the resort has been restored as a more accessible, environmentally friendly destination for those seeking peace and beauty a little off the beaten track. A perfect setting for our retreat!

This retreat will provide an opportunity to deepen your practice with two TriYoga workshops each day. Other available activities include: excursions to Reach Falls, Nonsuch Caves and Athenry Gardens, river rafting, visiting other local attractions, or relaxing on the beach. It's a short trip into Port Antonio with shops and 19 restaurants.

Although this retreat is a TriYoga Boston fundraiser it is open to the general public. All levels of ability and experience are welcome
